DeoJunique (Flipp) Flippin is a current Entrepreneur from Raleigh NC. Flipp comes from a long background of athletics and personal security bouncing as an independent contractor throughout his time in college. He played collegiately at State College Of Florida, Northwest Mississippi & Livingstone College of the CIAA. He would leave Livingstone after his junior year to play professionally in Armenia. He played there for 2 seasons before moving on to Uruguay’s “El Metro” League. After the El metro, Flipp would go on to join Echague in the Argentinian “La Liga”. April 29th 2023 the birth of his daughter Iyah changed his world completely. Their was now something more important then basketball. The love of his daughter would bring him back home and in the process starting what we know now as F&M enterprise! Alongside with his longtime good friend Sharwyn McGee, they combined their knowledge, determination and discipline to ultimately create a solid foundation from the ground up and plan to not only secure and keep the community safe but to spread peace, love and happiness throughout the world while doing so!
